An honest review of Sri Guru Ram Rai Post Graduate College.
Placements: No one got placed. We will just get a degree. Poor quality education si provided, and the faculty members are very lazy and not punctual at all. Most of the time, they are late. If you are really up for academics, better opt for some other college, or you are definitely going to regret your decision later.
Infrastructure: The hostel is available, but the infrastructure is very poor. The campus is quite average, and it could have been better than this. The staff are rude as well, but it can be ignored. The facilities are okay, you can go with these, but be considerate about the study.
Faculty: I won't recommend this college to anyone. Better go for a private college. Our college has very poor infrastructure and management, why not opt for a private college with a good record in academics and which provides placements as well.

Review of Sri Guru Ram Rai Post Graduate College.
Placements: As this is a government college, there are less placements or no chances of placements in this college. If you want placements, you have to opt for off-campus placements or for pool campus placements, which are organised in different colleges. Internship opportunities are available for students. The companies which visit here for internships are good, which can be government or private companies.
Infrastructure: The building of our college is very nice, and our college is located nearby the city from where you can easily go anywhere. The campus is located in a green environment, which makes college life interesting for every student studying there. Our college has its own Wi-Fi, but the password is not shared with the students. Labs, classrooms and library are well maintained. I don't reside in a hostel. I'm a local student of Dehradun, so it takes hardly 30 minutes for me to reach the college from my home.
Faculty: The faculty members teaching here are very nice in nature, and even they are helpful to all the students of the college. Teachers are well qualified and well educated from reputed institutions. They help every student in every manner they can during college hours or off-campus. The course is relevant to the curriculum. It doesn't make students ready for the industries, and you have to prepare yourself to work in the industry.
Other: I had chosen this course because this course was relevant to my field. It also helps in various economics matters, concepts and principles and analysing market situations. The best thing about this course is that students can understand the market trend and identify the profitable sectors. I would not like to improve anything as all are good. Our college organises different types of events and activities on a weekly or monthly basis.

Other: The college is good but placement wise it totally depends on your luck and how much companies would be coming for campus selection.
Teachers are not well experienced but surely you will get good internal marks if you make good relationship with them.
