Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design, & Technology conducts the SMEAT exam to shortlist candidates for admission to UG and PG courses. The entrance exam is conducted in two parts Test 1 and Test 2.SMEAT Test 1 includes parameters like Analytical Reasoning, Exploration and Persistence, Imagination and Visualisation, Language and Expression, Observation and Curiosity. SMEAT Test 2 includes parameters like Contextual Awareness, Critical Thinking, Imagination and Visualisation, Language and Expression, and Viewpoint and Perspective.

Yes, Srishti Manipal accepts CEED score for admission to MDes programme. However, it is no mandatory to qualify CEED. Aspirants can appear for SMEAT conducted by Srishti College. Applicants who have taken CEED examination can exempt from Test 1 of SMEAT if their All India Rank is 500 or below provided they are able to submit their result at the time of application.
