Best College for Master of Library and Information Science Course.

Placements: This college is one of the recognized colleges in Library and Information Science. In this college, almost 74% of students are in on-campus housing. The average college stipend was 10 LPA. The top recruiting firms in our college are Larsen & Toubro, KPMG, EY, etc. The top roles offered in our study were Research Librarian, Library Technician, and so on.

Infrastructure: We have options in the hostel for single and double rooms, as well as laundry facilities, a fitness room, and a sports room. Academically, we have libraries, classrooms, computer labs, debate courts, and conference halls. We have an on-campus doctor and a dispensary.

Faculty: The faculty in our college contribute and adapt their teaching style from teacher to teacher. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it helps us to get a good package in the placement process and also get a good job assignment. The tests are not easy, and the cutoff percentage is 55%.

Faculty is fully supportive and the college offered good placements.

Placements: Our college is good for placements. Our college provides many internships and placement opportunities. The top recruiting companies at our college are Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Pega, TCS Ninja, Ashok Leyland, Modak Analytics, Cognizant, Divi's, and Covalent Laboratories.

Infrastructure: The college has very good amenities like transportation, a canteen, a medical room, labs, and hostels. There are good laboratories and classroom facilities in our college, and a library is also available where most of the books are. They provide medical facilities.

Faculty: The curriculum of this course is very good and is used to improve the skills of students. If students study well, then they can write the semester exam well; otherwise, students cannot pass the semesters. Pass percentage in semesters is 86%. The faculty is good.

My personal experience is good here.

Placements: Our college is the best, according to me, in terms of placement and the internship opportunities that are provided to us by them. The placement percentage is between 70% and 80% and the highest package that has been bagged by any student is 8 lakh rupees.

Infrastructure: The department of library and information science in our college is very well-equipped with a collection of books at their disposal, which is somewhere around 50,000 books and journals from different genres and the college also has a great internet connection.

Faculty: The facilities in our college and for our batch are generally good and the hostel rooms are clean. Also, the faculty members are very helpful in terms of academics; they are very knowledgeable and the students have 75% of what the industry requires.
