St. Joseph's Degree and PG College (SJDPGC) Scholarships and Funding
1. Merit Scholarships: The merit scholarship is initiated for meritorious students based on their
performance in various tests and examinations of the College and attendance percentage. The
student will be awarded merit scholarships in the month of September each year. In the first
year, the scholarship will be decided on the merit of the exams & tests and attendance
percentage. Merit scholarships for the consecutive years will be decided based on his/her
performance in the semester examinations of each year and their proactive participation. Each
combination will be considered for two merit scholarships. Combinations with more than one
section will be considered proportionately.
2. Socio – Economic Backward Scholarships: Based on the income certificate and the socioeconomic conditions the scholarship will be considered. The Consideration of Socio-economic
scholarship is
