You can join here if you want to study, pass out and get placed. Still, campus life is not bright.
Placements: Our college has an active placement cell and community. Bigshots like Sunderland Group, Tata Group, etc., are some companies that are providing recruitment for our students. About 1 or 2 students got placed from each class, but I don't think it is a good or average number. If you want placements seriously, then you can get it. They will help you with that surely. Internship programs are very poor.
Infrastructure: There are active labs and a library in our college. There is no hostel service for students who are far from home. Library facilities are great, and we can have almost everything needed from our library. The atmosphere is also great for students at the library. I haven't entered the lab in these 3 years. We have a big lab facility, and 50 students can work on each computer at a time.
Faculty: Teachers and their there techniques are the main attraction of our college. Every teacher is very supportive of students, and they help you to finish the course at ease. The pass percentage before covid was 70-80%, but now it is around 50-60%. Still, they are trying their best. Exams are very easy because they make us feel like that by their lectures.
Other: The ground is available here, but it is good for nothing. Events rarely happen, but they are also just for a namesake, except the Christmas celebration. Freshers day is organised with 30 juniors and 30 seniors for 2 hours in a small auditorium. The campus is wide, but we don't have many places to sit and relax. The main point is there is no hostel or canteen.

Review of St. Thomas Arts and Science College.
Placements: More than 50% is needed to take the course. Many students from my batch have good grades in the +2. Nowadays, many students choose BCA after +2 because of the demand, and it is very affordable to everyone who wants to study BCA. My college conducts better internship programs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of my college, according to my fee are actually pretty good. We have a good internet connection in the lab. It has a good library and average classrooms. Overall, it is okay and worth the fee. We are not expecting more than this from the current fee.
Faculty: The thing I like the most in my college is my teachers. They are so friendly. Their quality of teaching is not actually good but average. They are knowledgeable. It doesn't make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are getting harder with each exam.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer. I wish our college could have more buildings like more facilities. Events and programs conducted by the college are bad.
