Star Aviation Academy is a place to become an successful AME.
Placements: Our college is an AME college. It doesn't hold placements like the engineering colleges, but most of the students from our college got the jobs. Specifically, around 80-90% of the students pass the DGCA exams. The salaries of the trainee technicians are not high, but after becoming an AME, they are getting around 1-1.5 Lacs a month. No company visits our campus as this is not like the other engineering colleges.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is not that big like other colleges, but it is sufficient for 120 seats our college have. The labs are very good and have most of the instruments required. Wi-Fi is not available for the students. No sports or games facilities are available. The classrooms are not enough, and it has a well-equipped library for the needs of students.
Faculty: The instructors are well qualified and have so much of experience except 1-2 instructors. The teaching quality is good enough. Our instructors do so much hard work themselves to make the students pass the DGCA exams. The student-faculty ratio is good as our college have only 120 seats for two courses.

A well established name in the field of aviation trainee academy.
Placements: Director Mr Gill is really a crazy person who tries at every level for the trainee to get their job in any reputed airline companies. My seniors have joined airline servicing and maintenance organisations and the airlines. My batch performance was also too good, and they almost joined airlines. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 12,000 and the maximum is offered on the basis of the experience which is up to 3 lakhs per month because they are AME.
Infrastructure: There are labs, classrooms and library better than any other AME trainee school till date. There is also a medical facility which is a fake one. For sports, there are games like the bat-ball, volleyball, badminton, etc. There is also a separate room with a smart board. Also, there are 3 aircraft on campus. And the building has 3-floor with 3 rooms and well established with a projector room.
Faculty: One of the best points of the academy is the instructor as most of them are Airforce retired who practically explained everything through their life experience. Also, there is only 30:1, student-teacher ratio.
Overall, the teachers and instructors are very good and have a quality knowledge. The course curriculum is also for 3-years as they teach us everything which is required to become a good engineer and along with this, there is a BCA program for the AME interested students.
Other: Festivals like Lohari, Holi, Baisakhi celebrations are held on campus, and an aeroplane starter test is held once in a week. We can arrive there by metro, and the nearest metro is the MG Road (13km) and the Dwarka Sector-21 (12 km), and also the nearest bus stand is the Gurgaon bus stand (10 km). There is also the nearest airport called IGIA at 15 km.
