Hi.Yes — admissions to Symbiosis College of Physiotherapy (SCOP) for the BPT / BPTh course are entrance-based.SCOP admits most students based on NEET‑UG scores — you must have appeared in NEET-UG to be eligible. The admission is merit-based; the institute explicitly states that there is no capitation / donation fee or “direct / management-quota via payment” scheme for BPT admissions.SCOP has 85% of seats under “Merit Quota” (based on NEET-UG merit) and 15% as “Institutional/Management/Discretionary Quota.” However, even for that 15%, NEET-UG appearance is mandatory per eligibility criteria.

Selection among these seats is done strictly on the basis of NEET‑UG merit (score). 15% of seats — “Institutional / Management / Discretionary Quota”: these are allotted first to Foreign Nationals and NRIs. If those seats remain unfilled, eligible OCI/PIO or Indian nationals may be considered.
