SLS Pune LLB Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Symbiosis Law LLB is a three-year programme offered in a full-time mode. The LLB course stands for Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Legislative Laws is an undergraduate degree that is designed to impart professional legal competence among professionals from other disciplines.
SLS Pune LLB admission is based on the writing sample and personal interaction of the candidates. However, for the academic year 2025 must participate in the SLAT 2025 exam. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually for Symbiosis Law School Pune LLB admission. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. Other than the exam score, candidates must also qualify for the LLB eligibility criteria as follows:
Eligibilty Criteria: Bachelor's degree from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).

STEP 1: SLS Pune LLB Application Process 2025
The application process for LLB programmes at SLS Pune begins with registration for the SLAT 2025 exams. Candidates can fill out the SLAT 2025 application form 2025 on the official website of SLS Pune. The application for SLAT 2025 is open until November 22, 2024. Candidates can follow the steps for filling out the application form:

- Class 12th details - Select the stream of education from Science, Commerce, Arts, or others
- Select the programme - LLB (Hons.)/BCom LLB (Hons.)/LLB/BLLB.
- Preferred test city - Select three cities as the preferred location to appear for SLAT 2025
Each candidate must register for the SLAT exam as by doing this their SLAT ID would be generated.
STEP 2: Selection Process 2025
Candidates who've applied for LLB SLS Pune must appear for the SLAT 2025 entrance exam, Writing Ability Test, and personal interview as per the respective course. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. The duration of the test is 60 minutes and there are 60 MCQs of 60 marks in the test. Based on the scores of the SLAT, candidates are shortlisted by the SLS.
STEP 3: Merit Lists Publication 2025
The results of the selection process are released in the form of a merit list on the official website. The merit lists are released in three rounds: First Merit List, Second Merit List, and Third Merit List (subject to availability of seats).SLS Pune releases the merit lists once the online PI rounds are conducted.
STEP 4: Document Verification & Payment of Admission Fee 2025
Candidates shortlisted as per the merit lists will have to submit the prescribed LLB admission fee for the particular course. Following this, candidates are required to go through the document verification and are intimated about the date of commencement of the classes. SLS Pune LLB fees might include components other than the tuition fees.

In order to qualify for SLS Nagpur BA LLB, candidates must participate in and qualify the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT). The SLAT test is held by Symbiosis International to admit students to various Law courses at its branches across India.
After determining their eligibility for SLAT and applying for the test, the student must clear the exam based on the respective cutoff released for their SLS of choice. Thereafter, they will be required to appear for a Personal Interaction (PI) session, which would carry a weightage of 30% in the admission process. The SLAT test carries a weightage of 70%.
There are a total of 60 seats available in the LLB programme of SLS Pune. Candidates are offered seat in LLB based on their AIAT score. AIAT is a computer-based test comprising writing sample, 10 objective questions and online psychometric test. Selected candidates have to further pass the PI round for final admission. Aspirants who have completed graduation from a recognised university with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for LLB programme at SLS Pune.
