September 13, 2023: 2023 A-Hann Thai The UEI Global Agra Thai Food Festival was a culinary event that brought the flavours and customs of Thailand to our campus. This event highlighted Thailand's rich and diverse food, providing our students with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse themselves in the art of Thai cooking and hospitality. Chef Abhijeet Dutta guided our outstanding culinary students as they cooked an exquisite selection of Thai meals throughout the festival. Working with traditional Thai ingredients and perfecting the precise balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours that is the trademark of Thai cuisine provided the students with invaluable hands-on experience. The festival is not just about the food; it's a cultural journey as well.
