Good infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: 95 percent of students got placed from our course. The highest package was 9 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Deloitte, Infosys, HCL, Cognizant, Accenture, and Capgemini in our course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and ambience were good in our college. The facilities like free Wi-Fi, well-structured labs, classrooms, and good books in the library. The hostel facility was not available we had to stay in private hostels. The college canteen was good.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and highly knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was very good. The course curriculum was well planned. It was good for the students to be industry-ready. The semester exams were average. The pass percentage was 85 percent or above.

Review of University College of Engineering, Osmania University.

Placements: Almost 90 percent of students got placed every time. The highest package offered is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is around 10 LPA. Recruiting companies are MathWorks, Oracle, DEShaw, Deloitte, and Amazon. Almost 30 percent of students got internships from various companies like Deloitte, Accenture, etc. Roles offered are Software Developer, AI Engineer, etc. The package offered is of 45 LPA in UCE, OU.

Infrastructure: Our department has 5 labs and almost 3 Wi-Fis in the college and hostels. There is a seminar library and also an all-departments library nearer to our department. Even though there is another big library where all the GK books are present which is useful for preparing for UPSC and GATE. The quality of food in the hostel mess can be 4/5. A sufficient amount of protein is present in everyday meals. High-quality food is served every day. A help line number is provided for any emergency, a hospital is nearer to the hostel, and an ambulance facility is provided.

Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified. They explain the concepts in a highly understandable way. The curriculum is highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is highly relevant. As the semester subjects included in them are the recent skills required for getting into the IT industry.

The placements and infrastructure are improving year by year.

Placements: Placements are good. Around 50–60 percent of students get placed. Top companies for our course include Medtronics, Trimmed Solutions, and hospitals like KIMS. The top roles offered are biomedical engineer, service engineer, sales engineer, and lab technician.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities for our course and department are good. Classrooms are well-maintained. The labs are well-equipped. Hostel food quality is good. Once a year, a sports tournament is held among the departments to promote sports activities.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. Teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and includes all subjects as well as industrial visits. Semester exams are manageable if students have good knowledge of the subjects.

College with beautiful memories and greater knowledge ahead.

Placements: Nearly 85 percent students are placed. Highest is 9.5 LPA and lowest 3.5 LPA in companies like L&T, ISRO, Tata, and some sales companies. Students got internships in Maruti & Suzuki, Kia, DRDO, Tata, BHEL, and manufacturing companies. Roles offered are like product manager, sales executive, designer.

Infrastructure: Facilities like good classrooms, library (mechanical), labs for respective subjects to gain practical experience, free Wi-Fi in college. In hostel, quality food, good caretakers. Facilities in hostel like free Wi-Fi, purified water, disturbance-free and peaceful location around hostel for students to feel pressure/tension free.

Faculty: Great and qualified teachers with more than 20 years’ experience in our department, with calmness, and provide great quality of knowledge to every student to build their bright future. Course really helps a lot. Semester exams aren’t hard/difficult. As per I know, pass percentage is above 80 percent.

Other: Mechanical is all about practical things, which I like a lot, so I chose it. Throughout this course, we learn a lot.

University College of Osmania University.

Placements: Osmania University is one of the top universities in Hyderabad. We will get a seat by writing in the TS EAMCET or by writing the entrance exam. The mechanical department is the best course in the OS University. 70 per cent of students are placed in our course. The highest package is 26 LPA, the lowest package is 7 LPA, and the average package is 15 LPA. It's difficult to get a seat in the OS university, but at least we have to score between 4000 and 7000 to get into the mechanical department.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Osmania University is excellent. Our university is clean and neat, with plenty of greenery. The classrooms are neat and have a digital board. In labs with all facilities, all equipment is available, with a high-speed network. The library is very big, and every book will be available in the library. We have access to a book for rent. The quality of facilities is excellent in our hostel, which is full of security. The quality of food is hygienic and tasty.

Faculty: All faculty members are graduates, they all completed their post-graduation. The teachers are very friendly and they didn't put stress on any student. The faculty members will train students to get placed, and they will make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not too tough. It is easy to pass the exams.

Bad hostels but good campus life, good placements for hard work.

Placements: Almost 60 percent of students from EEE got placed in 2026. The highest package is 14 LPA, the median is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. The top recruiter is Nvidia, but most students got placed in CtrlS. 15 percent of students got internships in CtrlS. The top role offered is VLSI, but IT roles are more.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is provided in the hostels, but the rooms are the worst. Girls' hostel has the least hygiene and the worst maintenance. Food is okay, snacks are not provided, only available at the price for afternoon and night. Labs and the library are decent. We can get books if we search, but fewer books are available in the engineering one.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and seniors, not like the ones in private colleges. They explain concepts better. The curriculum is relevant but not industry-ready because they don't teach practical projects from the beginning. Semesters are difficult. 50 percent is the pass percentage for my semester 1 results, the results are given after many months. I still haven't received my semester 2 results.

Other: I chose EEE because it has more opportunities in government jobs than other courses. I wish they give practical knowledge, like building any root or doing it instead of solving for voltage value. Very few fests happen because we don't pay much in fees to the college, so we can't expect much from their side, but 2 fiesta that do happen are satisfying only. Campus life is great because we do have so much freedom to roam around and go out if we have any work.
