Review of University College of Engineering, Osmania University.

Placements: Almost 90 percent of students got placed every time. The highest package offered is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is around 10 LPA. Recruiting companies are MathWorks, Oracle, DEShaw, Deloitte, and Amazon. Almost 30 percent of students got internships from various companies like Deloitte, Accenture, etc. Roles offered are Software Developer, AI Engineer, etc. The package offered is of 45 LPA in UCE, OU.

Infrastructure: Our department has 5 labs and almost 3 Wi-Fis in the college and hostels. There is a seminar library and also an all-departments library nearer to our department. Even though there is another big library where all the GK books are present which is useful for preparing for UPSC and GATE. The quality of food in the hostel mess can be 4/5. A sufficient amount of protein is present in everyday meals. High-quality food is served every day. A help line number is provided for any emergency, a hospital is nearer to the hostel, and an ambulance facility is provided.

Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified. They explain the concepts in a highly understandable way. The curriculum is highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is highly relevant. As the semester subjects included in them are the recent skills required for getting into the IT industry.

2024 and 2025 have bad placements due many factors majorly recession .

Placements: Presently, due to recession placements, there are very few. CSE and AIML people getting software jobs. Core branches like ECE, EEE, BME, and Mech will get more core jobs as compared with other local colleges. The highest package will be less when compared to other local engineering colleges.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Wi-Fi will be provided in the hostel and college. Good facilities of labs and classrooms. Library and department library are present. No pressure like other engineering colleges. Students balance their mental health by playing games. Mess food is normal. Good when compared with private hostels in the city.

Faculty: Talented faculty present in college. But they just give guidance; students have to work on them. Course curriculum is approved by AICTE. But there is a gap between industry and students. But students easily get those skills. Because they have fundamentals. Generally, semester exams are easy; some subjects are hard.

Other: The AIML course's first outgoing batch is 2025 (ours). This course has a good future in industry. But companies are not taking freshers. Apart from these, this college is different from all engineering colleges in Hyderabad. Good environment (trees). Yearly, a technical fest will be conducted.

If you have an interest, you can learn anything.

Placements: Most of the students have placements, and some opt for higher studies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 12 LPA. The placement offer is based on CGPA and skills. Darwinbox Digital Solutions, Bharat Electronics Limited, ABB, and Tejas Network Ltd., are the top recruiters. We have a new course this year, and we have placements. Students get internships in the third and fourth years in any company.

Infrastructure: Everything is available in college hostels. Facilities like Wi-Fi, and a library are available. During class time, we have labs and classrooms. There are digital classes also. Canteen is not good but the food is available. Sports and games are held. We have a ground. Students here have more free time than other colleges.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and some teachers teach well but not all. They are qualified from IITs, NITs and are very knowledgeable persons. The semesters are quite well and the exams conducted were very strict. Most of the students will pass and few or rarely students fail. Teaching quality is very good.

Other: I opted for this course because it is for the next generation. We have machine learning and artificial intelligence. We have Robotics clubs and Soon clubs. Fests and events are a few and scholarships are available as per government rules.

University college of engineering osmania university.

Placements: Maximum every student of the college get placement in various companies like goggle microsoft delloite etc. Average pacakge is upto 16 Lacs per annum and many students who have interest in doing project can be recruited by companies for internship programme.

Infrastructure: Hostle infrastructure was good and have no complain to give about hostel we have homely food they keep mess clean and we have canteen for snacks and tea if needed sports and games will be based on interest of students and we have a cricket ground basketball court chess carrom etc.

Faculty: Lecturers here are Ph.D. holders and they teach us in a manner that we can understand easily and the exams difficult level will be based on students interest and pass percentage here is 35% of respective subject marks so one should be responsible in learning and writing their exams.

Iam very much satisfied with college and infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: Even the basic passed students are assured to secure a placement and my seniors got placed with 20lpa in companies like ediglobe, tcs etc. And in our course they offer roles like data analytics, data scientist, ai trainees and develops all over our faculty is very supportive.

Infrastructure: When we talk about infrastructure of our college it's really a unique kind lo infrastructure where the door and windows are very big which we can't SEE in other engineering colleges and the labs are highly equipped and classrooms are hygienic every day the staff will clean them.

Faculty: Our teachers and very knowledgeable and helpful they will teach the subject in a way that every student would understand and they even conduct seminars of presentation to improve our communication skills our curriculum is relevant to the course and by the end of our course will be ready to join a company .

Other: I choose this course because I love this subject and this college has very skilled faculty who will teach us is very understandable way.

Very good college now for its historically significance has good placements.

Placements: This year about 70% to 75% students got placed in good roles in top companies. Companies like google and Amazon gave 40-50 LPA packages. Average package is 8lpa Median package is 10lpa Top companies usually prefer students in CSE or AIML or ECE branches .

Infrastructure: The college is pretty old but it provides the latest facilities. You can get Wi-Fi signal in every corners of university. Hostels are not that good, the rooms can accommodate 2 students properly but the management has pushed 5 to 6 students in a room and you don't even have a study tables. The mess food is average you get non veg 2 times a week (Wednesday and Sunday) just for lunch and on Sunday for dinner the mess is close you should eat outside the college.

Faculty: The facility is well qualified and will qualify any doubts asked by the students. Library contains almost every book It has many technical clubs like geeksforgeeks and gdg which makes a student industry ready. Regular hackathons are also conducted in the college.

Other: For any one choosing a college for best college life don't choose this college we don't have any fests or culturals and rarely any non technical events.
