For reserved category students, the admission criteria for Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at UPES School of Law is as follows:
Minimum 45% Marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X, XII) and Graduation in any stream.
Note: The relaxation in marks is as per the norms of the Government of India.

UPES School of Business Studies offers full-time BCom and BCom (Hons) at the UG level. Admission to these courses is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specified by the university. As per the specified eligibility criteria, candidates seeking admission to BCom at UPES School of Business Studies are required to have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Candidates from all streams (Science/ Commerce/ Arts) are eligible to apply. Hence, Mathematics is not compulsory for BCom admission at UPES School of Business.

Admission to UPES - Experience Centre can vary in difficulty depending on the chosen admission pathway. There are three options available: UPSEAT (which covers 80% of seats), Board marks (for which exceptional scores are required), and JEE Main marks for All India seats. If you are aiming for admission through UPSEAT, it's generally considered more competitive, and you should aim for a rank of at least 600 in the exam to increase your chances of securing a spot at the college. The difficulty level of admission can also be influenced by factors such as the number of applicants and the specific programme you are applying to. UPES School of Law offers a one-year LLM programme with specialisations in Cyber Security, Environmental Law, ADR, and IPR. To be eligible, candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in Class 10, 12, and graduation. Admission is based on ULSAT-LLM, CLAT-PG, CUET, LSAT-India, or board marks. Applicants must also submit relevant documents for verification.
