Vikram Sarabhai Institute Of Engineering & Technology (VSIET) BTech Courses & Fees 2026: Eligibility, Admission, How to Apply

VSIET BTech admission is conducted through AKTU counselling. Thus, candidates need to complete VSIET BTech application process on its NTA portal. A valid JEE Main result is required in order to apply for BTech course. An overview of admission process has been shown below:

STEP 1: UPTAC Counselling Registrations

• Go to UPTAC Counselling's registration portal.
• Click on Register and fill registration form.
• Login and finish choice filling.
• Attach all necessary documents.
• Pay UPTAC counselling registration fees on INR 1,000.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

• Class 10th and Class 12th passing certificate and marksheet
• ID and address proof
• Allotment Letter
• Passport sized photographs

STEP 2: Allotment of Seats

Once candidates have registered for UPTAC counselling, seat allotment process will begin. Seats are alloted based on a candidate's entrance exam score and seat availability in chosen institutes. Chosen candidates undergo document verification process for confirmation for fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

Candidates are issued an allotment letter after a seat is alloted to them. This allotment letter must be presented at the campus of Vikram Sarabhai Institute Of Engineering & Technology.

STEP 3: Confirmation of Admission

Once a candidate is offered an allotment letter, they will be asked to pay seat confirmation fees to confirm their VSIET admission. After VSIET BTech fees is paid, a candidate's admission will be confirmed.

VSIET offers merit-based scholarships to deserving students seeking admission to BTech. Limited number of scholarships are available. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one primary scholarship category is applicable per student.

Scholarship amount is adjusted against tuition fees only. Scholarships are subject to document verification and management approval. Management reserves the right to change the scholarship policy at any time.

1. Academic Scholarship (Based on Class 12 PCM Aggregate)

2. JEE Main Scholarship

The scholarships are applicable on a yearly basis, subject to fulfillment of scholarship continuation criteria. The criteria for continuation of scholarships in subsequent academic years is given below:

• Minimum 8.0 CGPA or 80% marks in the previous academic year.
• Minimum 80% attendance.
• No active backlogs or disciplinary cases.
