In terms of placements for Btech, VIPS is quite good, like it is at par with most of the colleges. Companies like wipro, TCS, Amazon, Infosys, IBM, Deloitte visit the campus. The highest package offered ranges from 12 Lacs CTC to 10 Lacs CTC . The average package offered is around 4 Lakhs per annum. The lowest package being between 2 Lacs CTC TO 1 Lacs CTC. The college placement cell provides assistance to the students. Most of the students get placed. Some students go for higher studies. Around 60-80% of the students get the placement at the college. Hence, the college offers decent placements to B.Tech students. 

VIPS Delhi admissions is mostly entrance-based. Candidates are selected based on merit in the respective entrance test.For more of the courses, admission is through the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by GGSIPU. You must be eligible for the JEE Main test and receive a valid score in order to be admitted to the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) in Delhi for a B.Tech program.
