Further, the BTech exam is going to be conducted from May 12 to May 15, 2026, and on May 18, 2026. The BPharma exam is going to be held from May 19 to May 20, 2026.
The AP ICET 2026 registration portal will now remain open for admission to the MBA/PGDM course till Mar 17, 2026, without a late fee. The exam for the same is scheduled to take place on May 2, 2026.
The XAT 2026 result is out for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Students need to log in to the official XAT portal to access and download their scorecard.

Visakha Institute of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained with the above mentioned marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.
After 10th Diploma	Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination (Class 10th) conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained atleast 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates belonging to NIOS/TOSS/APOSS/CBSE/ICSE/Other Examinations recognised as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt. should have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in May-2022, and whose results are yet to be declared can also apply. There is no age restriction.

Placements: 45% is the minimum criteria in intermediate to get admission in this college. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 2 LPA. Top companies are Wipro and TCS. 65% of students get internships in different companies.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very nice, but the hostel is very bad. The mess food is unhygienic. Every department has Wi-Fi and has all the labs, like Engineering Chemistry, Engineering Physics, and EEE labs. There are different types of sports facilities available.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful during exams, they provide important questions to all students. The teaching quality is very nice. They provide different curricula, like PowerPoint presentations, poster presentations, and project making. The pass percentage is 35%.

Placements: A minimum placement percentage is 45% in our college. The highest package is 3.5 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3.5 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, etc. 65% of students from our course get internships in different companies. Top roles offered are management, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides 24 hours of free Wi-Fi to develop our ideas in social media, etc. Labs are good and well-equipped. Classrooms are clean and clear. In every classroom, we have projectors to help us understand clearly. Our college has 2 libraries, with all types of books. Hostel and food facilities are good. The canteen, medical facilities, sports, and games are also good.

Faculty: The teachers help students to place in a good company. They try to give us the best knowledge. Their teaching is good, and they are friendly with students to understand their mindset and help them grow. The semester exams are too difficult in our college. Each exam room has two invigilators, and any malpractice is done, they will be suspended.

So in this college were having good infrastructure and the faculty was perfect.

Placements: Many people were getting placed in electronics and communication engineering. Around 85% of people joined. The highest package is 5LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5LPA. The students got internships at Microsoft company. And operation executive is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: In my college, there are so many facilities like washrooms are neat and clean, and classrooms are comfortable for students. For every department, there was a Wi-Fi facility & also for every lab. There is a large piece of equipment and a single library for the whole campus.

Faculty: The teachers in my college were well-qualified in their studies, so they were considered the best teachers. They help students from other departments and also students for any purpose. The semester exams were conducted strictly. Also, no faculty can leave the classroom until the time is up.

Other: I have selected electronics and communication stream because we can get placement in either software or hardware. And apart from that, I have interested in both software and hardware. And my college, there was a fest conducted every year so students and faculty can enjoy themselves so much.

Placements: They provide campus placements, but most of them are software companies. It is good for students who are willing to put their leg on software companies. The highest salary package is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: It has good facilities and good infrastructure. We have labs and a great library.

Faculty: The teaching is good and helpful. They are all qualified and knowledgeable people. Our course curriculum includes industrial management, processes, and also a six-month industrial internship, so we guys are ready for industries and technology.

Other: I'm interested in mechanics, so I have chosen this path and am completing my graduation now. Labs should be related to the subjects that are in our semester. Our college is good at extracurricular activities.
