Good college with good faculty.
Placements: 80% of students get placed in campus placement drives. They focus on student placement from the 2nd year of B.Tech, and provide guidance through WhatsApp groups about our placement drives on-campus. Students are placed with a minimum salary package of 3 LPA and a maximum of 11 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have good Wi-Fi speed, and it is always on. There are very well-organised laboratories with all the equipment required for the subject. The campus is very peaceful, clean, and tidy. There is a peaceful library, and they provide every book related to the subject. We can go to the library during library hours only.
Faculty: We have good faculty. They are very friendly but rude sometimes. They explain our doubts many times when we ask in a very friendly way. They make sure that each and every student understands well. They teach us from an examination point of view. Semester exams are much stricter than we expected.
Other: Events are well organised.

What I experienced at Visvesvaraya College is what I provided above in the form of a review.
Placements: At our college, around 70% students get placements. The students got a high package with 8 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. At our college, the recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Our seniors got internships in about 60% of core and IT firms, with roles like Software Engineer, Embedded Developer, and Network Engineer.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college, but there is one available near the college with all facilities. The food is very hygienic, and there is 24/7 Wi-Fi. At our college there is no dust at all. The labs are very clean. At our college, all books are available for students.
Faculty: When it comes to exams, the faculty is very strict. They don't allow chits anyway. Every 10 minutes, the squad checked each and every student. But before the exams, the lecturers are very supportive of studies. They explain in an understandable way. Pass percentage is above 70%.
Other: I got a seat in Visvesvaraya College with ECE (electronics, communication, and engineering) course. But I asked an experienced brother. They suggested to me that there is a bright future with this course. Then I realised that I got right course, in Visvesvaraya College. In every fest there is a large crowd to watch the performance. Other college students are also participating in our fests.

I am satisfied with getting a seat at my college because of good faculty members.
Placements: I don't know much about the placements in our college, our seniors have informed us that the placement percentage is 70-75%. I know from our faculty members that the highest package is 10 LPA, and lowest package is 3.2 LPA. Top recruitment companies are Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, HC, etc. The students who get around 70% get internships.
Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped infrastructure. They provide high-speed campus-wide Wi-Fi, and there is high-quality equipment for programming, databases, AI/ML, and networking. There is no hostel in our college. But near college there is private hostel. They provide hygienic food. It has 24X7 water and electricity facilities. College has playgrounds for cricket, football, and athletics. Indoor games like table tennis, chess, and carrom are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members at our college are generally, supportive and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Our HODs are mostly professors who hold postgraduate degrees(M.Tech/Ph.D) and have teaching experience. They are very close to us and they will explain every doubt in easy way for our understanding. Our college is affiliated with JNTUH. During exam time, they are very strict on students. They give the marks with regular class attendance and revision help in scoring well. Usually, the pass percentage is 80-90%, as long as students maintain consistency in assignments and internal exams.
Other: I am studying B.Tech 2nd year-electronics and communication engineering course, 2024-2028 batch, at Visvesvaraya College of Engineering. I chose this course because it offers a blend of hardware and software knowledge. I thought that it would give opportunities in both the core electronics industry and IT sector. In our college, our management can give us lots of fun in fests and events. They make grand celebrations for fests. I am from Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology (VCET). I chose electronic communications and engineering (ECE) 2nd year, 1 semester. At our college, I experienced what technology will be in the future.

The college is cheap and best.
Placements: 25 % of students got placements. The highest package is 5lakhs and the lowest package is 2.22 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Only 25% of students got internships. System engineer roles offered for students.
Infrastructure: Labs are not bad, just good. Facilities are also good in this college. The classrooms are very good. Good quality food was available in the college canteen. College surroundings are very good. Full trees and plants are there in a college environment.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful. And also they are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good. The course curriculum was very relevant and it makes students ready for industry. Above 50% of students will pass the semester exam.

It is a good college, and you can go for it.
Placements: 60% of students got placed. The packages range from 3-4 LPA. Wipro, Genpact, etc., are the top recruiting companies. 50% of students got internships, and it helps students very much to get placed in companies with good roles.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. Wi-Fi is available, and the classrooms are good. A library is available. A canteen is available. Games and sports are lightly concerned. Good environment is provided in the library. Good knowledge is provided by the faculty.
Faculty: The qualification of faculty is up to the mark. Their teaching quality is good. The course is curriculum relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The exams are difficult for students, but the faculty's teaching makes it easy. The pass percentage is good, about 50%.
Other: I chose ECE as I have an interest in electronics. The lab quality can be improved, and also, the canteen quality can be improved.
