Yes one can apply to VIT without JEE main,  the eligibility for B.Tech courses is that  Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC/SBC) in the subject's combination of Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects: Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science at 10+2 level.
