About the JEE Main exam
The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared JEE Mains 2026 result session 1 on February 16, 2026, while the session 2 results was declared on April 20. The JEE Main result 2026 was declared on its official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the JEE Main exam twice a year (January and April). It is one of the most competitive and important engineering entrance exams in India taken by over 10 to 12 lakh students. The exam is held at a national level to shortlist candidates for JEE Advanced. The questions in the exam are framed from the class 11 and 12 level syllabus prescribed by NTA.
Top 2.5 Lac students in JEE Main are qualified to appear in JEE Advanced. Students qualifying in JEE Advanced are eligible to pursue engineering, architecture and planning courses after completing their class 12. The JEE Advanced exam is the only gateway to premier engineering institutions - Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The JEE Main exam consists of three papers - BE/BTech (paper 1), BArch (paper 2a) and BPlan (paper 2b). The JEE Mains cutoff of 2026 has not been released yet. However, in 2025 the closing rank for the general category for BTech in AI and ML was 1843344. In 2024 the closing rank for SDEC BTech AI and ML was 737084.

No, Cluster Innovation Centre does not accept JEE Mains for BTech admissions. Students must appear for the CUET exam and participate in CSAS counselling. No other admission tests including JEE are considered by the college.
