This is good college and I am extremely happy about that.

Placements: In my college 50 percent of students are placed, and the highest package is 20 LPA. The lowest is 3.5 LPA and the average package is 6 LPA. In my course, the top recruiting companies are Tata, Infosys and TCS. In my course, 10 percent of students got an internship at TCS.

Infrastructure: In my college, some facilities are knowledgeable and some are not. The infrastructure of my college is good and wifi is available for labs and classrooms. We have a big library and all the books are available there. The hostel and canteen have good quality food available.

Faculty: In my college, teachers are helpful, knowledgeable and well-qualified. The teaching by teachers is effective and some teachers are well qualified and helpful to students' careers. The semester exams are difficult in my college and the pass percentage is 90 percent.

It is an average college if we study properly.

Placements: There are 50 students in our batch. Around 20-25% of students got placed in this course. Few companies visit our college for recruitment. Almost 60% of students got internships in this course.

Infrastructure: It is a very good college. Laboratories are decent. Classrooms are well-maintained. Our campus is not Wi-Fi-enabled. There is a decent library in this college. Hostel is decent. The food served in the mess is average. Canteen is also good.

Faculty: All faculty members are well-qualified. The teaching quality is good. Teachers are helpful in all aspects. Semester exams are moderate. If we study well, we can score good marks. The pass percentage is 45%.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it.

It is a good place for middle-class students to earn bachelor's degrees without worrying about fees.

Placements: The placement percentage is above 40%. The main thing behind this is being unaware of the required skills and not obeying the suggestions of the faculty. The base salary package is 3.6 LPA. The highest salary package in the previous batch was 7.8 LPA. Recruiters are companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, ICICI Bank, and more. The roles for CSE graduates are software developers, full-stack developers, UI/UX developers, data analysts, etc.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious enough, and less than 60 people are allotted per classroom. The hostels are good enough for a regular stay, with generator facilities at a very affordable price. The food is as good as homemade food in Andhra Pradesh. The college facilitates a canteen where the prices are lower than any other college canteens nearby. Dedicated P.E.T. is there to take students a step ahead in sports.

Faculty: All teachers are qualified to teach us and lead us to our dream jobs. The academic curriculum is given by JNTU, Kakinada, as the college is affiliated with it. The curriculum provided is designed by experienced professors to assist us in getting jobs. The difficulty of semester exams depends on the knowledge of students. The question paper is set to check the whole potential of students. The pass percentage is about 85%.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Most of the students get placed with high salary packages. Placements usually occur for final-year students, and there are many opportunities for students.

Laboratories are good in our college. Hostel facilities are good. The food served in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Faculty members conduct test weekly. Our college provides courses like ECE, MECH, MBA, and AI which are related to technology.

The college is not good for students.

Placements: The CSE batch has 120 seats, and I am from the 2016 batch. My batch had 110 numbers. There are no campus placements. No companies come for our course. Not even one student got an internship.

Infrastructure: The facilities are not good, and the infrastructure is bad. In labs, only some computers have all the software like Java and Python, and some don't even have MS office. Hostel facilities are dirty. The hostel food is the worst. Medical facilities are not available.

Faculty: Some teachers are good, and some teachers have recently completed their M.Tech. The teaching quality is below average. They teach how to pass B.Tech. They can't teach languages like Java and Python. We don't have any knowledge of that.

Other: Events, fests, campus crowd, Wi-Fi, and scholarships are not good in this college.

Our college provides good placements and teaching.

Placements: Our college provides high placements for CSE students. The highest salary package offered is 6.9 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. TCS and other companies offer placements. Around 92% of students from the python full stack course got internships. They have to complete projects to get jobs from many companies.

Infrastructure: Our college provides hostels. Each room is allotted for 3-4 students. The food is very good and tasty. Different varieties are served every day like chicken and meals are served on Sunday, egg with sambar and meals on Monday, potato curry on Tuesday, etc. We have a big playground to play games.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good and clarify students' doubts. They help students to improve their knowledge and studies. This course curriculum makes students industry-ready. Semester exams include mid-exams every weekend.

Other: I chose computer science and engineering as I am interested in computers and love to develop my knowledge. Cultural activities are organised on campus.

West Godavari Institute of Science And Engineering has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses

Eligibility

B.E. / B.Tech

Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible. Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana. Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023). There is no upper age limit.

MBA/PGDM

Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.
