    It is a great campus with great facilities.
    Placements: Almost 80-90% get placed in various airlines in India. All get good packages. This college has a contract with Air India MRO in Nagpur. Also, they have a contract with Taj airline MRO in Mumbai, for proper practical training which provides good knowledge about the aviation industry to students.
    Infrastructure: Good hostel facility with spacious rooms. Good food quality and quantity. It is well maintained and hygienic. Good security 24*7 for boys and girls hostel. Wi-Fi facilities, laundry facilities, gym, library, and all facilities are impressive. Ground for sports is also available.
    Faculty: Nice faculty with good teaching experience. Teachers are very helpful and provide full support for exams and license exams. After full training students are well qualified for the industry. The semester passing percentage is 75%. Every month's class test is a way to test your knowledge which also helps to pass the sem exam.
    Other: This course is for all those aviation lovers who want a career as an aircraft maintenance engineer. This is the only college in India with Boeing 737 for practical training and good knowledge.

    Our college is approved by DGCA in Gujarat.
    Placements: Around 40% of students are placed. All the students get internships depending on the skills, knowledge, and modules cleared by them. Companies like Indigo, Air India, Spicejet, etc.
    Infrastructure: College infrastructure and facilities are good but the hostel infrastructure and facilities are below average. Hostel fee is very costly. Food is average. College has more facilities that provide good aircraft parts for practical.
    Faculty: Faculty is good, very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the student industry-ready. Semester examinations are tough. There are about 11 modules in the mechanical course. The pass percentage is 75% or above.

    I am completely satisfied with this college and am looking forward for a bright future.
    Placements: This college possesses the most placements records than any other colleges in INDIA so far. Many students from this college have been placed at very reputed Maintenance Organisations named as -: AAA (Ahmadabad Aviation and Aeronautics Pvt. Ltd), Air India (Mumbai), Deccan Aviation, Indamer, Pawan Hans and many more. This college offers students OJT (On Job Training) within its own campus or place students to the following organisations. approx 60 to 70% are working in Aviation field in many states in India. students are selected by the organisations or companies as per their Cleared Modules, according to which they are qualified for a technician and as per increasing qualifications (modules), one may reach a higher post. Talking about the salary, in the starting, during OJT, you may get paid but the salary in the starting is pretty low. It increases as our post increases. The highest salary is approx 90,000 to 1.5 lakh per month. It depends on the type of aircraft licence a person is holding. So, to sum it up, in the starting, it's hard to stay in this field, but if you succeed, a bright and heavy salary will be offered. Concentrate on clearing the modules.
    Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure, Western India Institute possesses the best workshops and classrooms as compared with any other institute in India. Workshops are clean, well arranged and all the machines and components are well classified. Workshops contain Boeing 747 landing gear, B747 air-conditioning system and many turbo-shaft, turbojet, knowledge .turboprop mock up engines for detailed practices and in-depth knowledge. Classrooms are tidy and neat and the classrooms have projectors which allow for more knowledge to be gained. Talking about the hostel rooms, everything is available here at a very reasonable cost with good food service, laundry and much more. Every year, sports and games are held in our college, in which, anyone can take part if interested like cricket, table tennis, chess, carom and badminton. No infrastructure issues faced till now.
    Faculty: This college offers you to have BSC in AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) and only AME also. Faculty members are very responsive and very talented. They help us with every doubt and expose us to workshops to clear doubts. AME or BSC (AME) course is basically of 3 years, in which, students have to clear a maximum number of modules and gain experience at every corner of the course. There are 6 semesters in which you will be able to conduct first modules. After the 3rd semester, there is a total of 8 modules which we have to clear in 3 years. There are academic exams conducted by this college. To prepare students for module examinations. Our batch is the 18th batch and we recently visited JET AIRWAYS hanger in Mumbai on an industrial visit and in the 3rd semester, we had visited electrothermal for industrial visit.
