Xavier school of commerce at Xavier University in Bhubaneswar is a good college for Bachelor of Business Management (BBM). Shamshers that the School has a beautiful infrastructure, good facilities and friendly teachers. But some says that it doesn't offer placement for undergraduate students and companies don't offer the salaries one might expect after a BBM Degree. But in my opinion it is a good college and it provide 60-70% internship programme for student and about 90% student approximately 95% student get a placed in Companies means placement is also good.

{Source: BBM/BMS students & alumni}Based on the reviews and testimonials from students and alumni, here's a summary of the key points:Pros:* Good faculty-to-student ratio (20:1) and supportive professors who encourage students to participate actively in classes.* Well-structured course curriculum that prepares students for the corporate world.* Opportunities to learn through case studies, group discussions, and project work.* Availability of modern facilities such as libraries, computer labs, and conference halls.* Placement record is relatively good, with companies like Deloitte, Zolo, and others visiting the campus.Cons:* Some faculty members may not be experienced or effective in teaching.* Limited industry exposure and internships opportunities.* Poor maintenance of certain facilities, such as the mess hall.* No placement committee to assist students in finding jobs.* Limited extra-curricular activities and sports facilities.Overall Assessment:BBM/BMS at Xavier School of Commerce seems to be a decent programme that offers a well-rounded education in business management. While there are some drawbacks, the programme appears to provide students with a solid foundation in theoretical and practical aspects of management. With a good placement record and supportive faculty, this programme could be a worthwhile investment for those interested in pursuing a career in business management. However, potential students should carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.Note: The assessment is based solely on the information provided by students and alumni and does not consider external factors such as the current market demand, competition, or industry trends.

{Source: B.Com students & alumni}Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary of the key points:* Course Curriculum: The B.Com programme at Xavier School of Commerce has a unique curriculum that focuses on practical subjects like Tally and keeps up-to-date with changes in the commercial environment.* Faculty Members: The faculty members are knowledgeable and experienced, with many having backgrounds in industries like banking, accounting, and law. Students appreciate their guidance and support throughout their academic journey.* Placements: Although there isn't a dedicated placement cell for B.Com students, many graduates have reported securing placements in reputed companies like KPMG, ICICI Bank, and Indigo, among others. The average salary package ranges from INR2.5 LPA to INR5 LPA.* Infrastructure: The college boasts excellent infrastructure, with state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories, and libraries. The campus is also fully Wi-Fi enabled, making it convenient for students to access resources online.* Student Life: Students report a mix of positives and negatives when it comes to extracurricular activities and overall campus life. While some enjoy the freedom and peaceful atmosphere, others feel that the college lacks engagement and enthusiasm.* Value for Money: The cost of attending Xavier School of Commerce is considered steep by some students, although others feel that the quality of education and infrastructure justify the expense. In conclusion, while the B.Com programme at Xavier School of Commerce has its strengths and weaknesses, it seems that the course curriculum, faculty members, and infrastructure are major selling points for potential students. However, it's essential to weigh these factors against the cost and consider individual priorities before making a decision.
