The courses you have done will certainly add to your academic diversity, but from your final term you need to score minimum 55% so that you are eligible to sit for the entrance exam followed by GD/PI. As such, there is no advantage, besides being there for your knowledge, it will simply give you the foundation & boost your experience to push yourself in the next level.
