For now, we have no statutory requirement for B.com percentage as far as XLRI is concerned. Though you are advised to keep it at least above 50 % as a statutory requirement in many IIMs.

The above mentioned college is good. But, the specialization HR is not having such a good future. If you like to do MBA in HR it is good to get into IIMs, XLRI, MHRD, etc. You can also choose M. S. Ramaiah, Bangalore.

Every year qualification marks for GD-PI process changes depending upon the question paper. Going by last years data this marks would fetch you a call for both BM and HRM, XLRI. However, nothing can be confirmed before the results are declared

Though I am not qualified person to answer your question, you must have paid Rs 1600 as XAT exam fee and Rs 300 each for the respective course HRM or BM at XLRI.
