You can't apply, when you are filling the form there is an option in the form itself so you missed that chance, and you can apply for other colleges affiliated to XAT.

There is no reservation in XLRI. There are some private organizations which give scholarships to students based on both means and merit

XLRI is applied separately. XAT decides the cutoff after which GD/PI is conducted and admissions start with counseling rounds.

Yes, in most of the cases separate registration is required. Please visit websites of all the colleges you want to apply through XAT and find the application procedure for each.
