To get admission into XLRI (Xavier School of Management), your performance in the XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is crucial, as academic scores have lesser weightage. With 90% in 10th, 73% in 12th, and 75% in B.Tech, aim for a 98+ percentile in XAT for competitive programs like BM or HRM.
