COMEDK UGET 2016 application forms are available on the official website of Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK). Interested candidates can fill in the application form to ensure their registration for COMEDK UGET 2016, which is scheduled to be conducted on May 8, 2016. COMEDK UGET is a state level examination conducted by COMEDK to offer admissions to candidates in engineering and medical courses, offered by colleges in Karnataka. The entarnce exam is held across various cities in Karnataka. Appearing candidates can choose their preferred city while applying for the exam. The last date to submit the filled in application form is April 4, 2016.

Here's a step-by-step application process for COMEDK UGET 2016 for candidates to fill up the registration form successfully.

COMEDK UGET 2016 Application Process

Candidates need to apply for COMEDK UGET online on the official website for both engineering and medical courses.

Step 1: Fill up the COMEDK UGET 2016 application form with details such as:

• Name of the Applicant
• Date of Birth
• Course applying for
• Unique Photo ID Proof
• Photo ID Proof Number
• Email ID
• Mobile Number

Please Note that all the details needs to be filled accurately. The photo ID proof submitted at the time of application must be original as the same proof should be produced during the entrance test, counseling and admission at the college level.

Step 2:  Once all the details are filled, candidates can press "CONFIRM" button to save all the information.

Step 3: Applicant login gets activated only after the successful submission of Request for Application Number.

Step 4: Candidates will receive password for the application login in their Email ID, which can be used further in combination with user ID to check the status of application at various stages.

Step 5: Send the completed application form in physical format to the official address of COMEDK along with non-refundable demand draft (preferably CTS DD) and mandatory documents as mentioned on the website.   

The application fee for candidates attempting three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics is Rs.1200. whereas, for students who are attempting all the four subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology, the fee is Rs.1500.
