IIT Patna Opening and Closing Ranks of 2014 admissions

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna was established in 2008 with seven other new IITs established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India in the year. Currently, IIT Patna is functioning from its transit campus on Navin Government Polytechnic in Patliputra Colony, Patna. The college will soon shift to its permanent campus at Bihta, a suburb of Patna.
The college is popular for its BTech, MTech and PhD programmes in multiple disciplines such as Engineering, Science and Humanities. At present, the college offers five disciplines in BTech progromme namely Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Infrastructure Engineering, Chemical Science & Technology and Computer Science & Engineering.
Admissions to the BTech programmes offered by the college are on the basis of JEE Advanced scores. The cut-offs of ranks for admission to the colleges this year will remain more or less similar to the opening and closing ranks of the previous year.
