JEE Main 2016: Application Form, Dates, Syllabus & Eligibility
The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) announced the JEE Main 2016 exam dates recently. The Board will be conducting JEE Main 2016 on three days. While the Pen & paper Based examination(Offline) will be held on April 3, the Computer Based Examination(Online) will be held on April 9 and 10, 2016. JEE Main 2016 registrations will be commence on December 1 and will continue till December 31, 2015.

JEE Main 2016 will be joined by states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Nagaland & Odisha. Thus, students aiming for admission to engineering programmes in colleges located in these states are also advised to fill the JEE Main 2016 application form online.
The detailed JEE Main 2016 bulletin with details like syllabus, eligibility criteria for JEE Main 2016, examination fee, cities of examination, JEE Main 2016 important dates will be released on the official website of JEE on December 1, 2015.
JEE Main 2016 Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for JEE Main 2016, applicants need to ensure that they meet the necessary and essential requirements of the exam. The basic eligibility criteria to take JEE Main 2016 is that aspirants must have passed their Class 12th exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2014 or 2015. Applicants appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination can take JEE Main 2016 exam too.

JEE Main 2016 Application Form and Process:
JEE Main 2016 application form will be available on the official website of JEE Main 2016 from December 1, 2015. The registrations for the exam too will commence December 1, 2015 onwards.
Please note that the entire JEE Main 2016 application process is online, including uploading of photograph & signature and payment of fee. Aspirants are required NOT to send any document to JEE (Main) Secretariat.

JEE Main 2016 Exam Pattern:
JEE Main 2016 will be conducted in both online and offline. Both the exams will have two papers i.e. Paper-1 (B.E. / B. Tech.) and Paper-2(B. Arch./ B. Planning). Questions in both the papers will asked from subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
