KIITEE 2014: Checklist for the exam

Conducted by the KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) 2014 begins tomorrow, on April 25. The exam will be conducted at around 54 centres across various states in India.   

This online exam is a gateway for admissions to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the University.

Students, taking the exam this year on any day between April 25 - May 4, 2014, should note that they need to reach the exam center at least 60 minutes before  the commencement of the examination. No aspirant would be allowed if he/she is late by more than 15 minutes from the time of start of the  examination.

Besides this, here is a checklist that you need to follow before and while taking KIITEE 2014.

  1. Hall Ticket: DO NOT forget to carry your hall tickets/admit cards. The  Hall ticket will have the application number, name, photo of the candidate, center name, and date and time of the test.
  2. Photo ID: Carry your original Identity proof bearing your Name, Photo and Date of Birth. Without this, you wouldn’t be allowed to enter the exam center.
  3. Stationary: You are allowed to carry only pen/pencil inside the test center and no pens. So make sure, you carry the required stationary.
  4. No mobile phones/ electronic device allowed: Do not carry any of your belongings inside the exam center including mobile phone, cellular phones, pagers, palm tops, blue tooth device, or any electronic device which has the potential of misuse in cheating or unauthorized communication during the examination.
  5. Do not converse: Aspirants are supposed to be maintain perfect silence and attend to their questions only. Being caught conversing or gesticulating or disturbing others in the examination Hall, will be deemed as misbehaviour.
  6. No impersonation: If an aspirant is found using unfair means or impersonating, his/her candidature will be cancelled and he/she will be debarred from the exam.
