The Phase I exam of National Eligibility and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST-2016) is conducted in two slots- the first slot exam will conclude on December 10, 2015 and the second slot exams will begin on December 15, 2015 and the same will end on January 15, 2016. Applicants will be eligible for the exam, when they have completed or shall be appearing in 2016 exam of 10 + 2 from a recognized board or when their score is 70% aggregate in 10 + 2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) as compulsory subjects.

The test paper will be of 120 minutes and consists 90 multiple choice questions (MCQ).
