TNEA 2016 Ranks Declared!
The rank list of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2016 (TNEA) 2016 has been released on June 22, 2016 by Anna University on its official website. Candidates who have applied for B.Tech programs in different colleges in Tamil Nadu through TNEA, can check their ranks on the official website with the help of their application number and by solving a simple mathematical query.
TNEA is a single window counselling process, conducted by Anna University for admissions to various undergraduate programmes, offered by colleges in Tamil Nadu. Please note that TNEA written exam has been scrapped and seats are allotted through merit list, which is created on the basis of class 12 score scaled to 200.
The counselling for TNEA 2016 will begin from June 24, 2016. While, the first day counselling will be conducted for eminent sports persons, the second day counselling (June 25) will be held for differently abled persons. The academic general counselling will commence from June 27.

TNEA ranks are calculated on the basis of candidate’s community categories, reservation criteria and class 12 score. Anna University will inform candidates about their individual ranks and counselling details through post or counselling call letter.
