Mahaveer Academy of Technology and Science University (MATS) was established in 2006 in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In Chhattisgarh, it is the oldest private university. Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University has been conferred with the Emerging Technological University of the Year Award in the World Management Congress, Higher Education and Development Summit for adopting different reformative measures.

There is an online as well as an offline mode of application for ISBM University Raipur courses.
