Indian students looking for specialisations abroad
The Association of Accredited Advisors on Overseas Education (AAAOE) has revealed that overseas students across the world are increasingly choosing to opt for new and specialised courses in the field of hospitality, health, bioinformatics, arts and science. Indian students, especially, are opting for specialized courses on pilot training, banking and finance, architecture and fashion design offered by foreign universities.
The association is also organizing the 9th International Education Fair in Coimbatore on January 31, 2012. In the fair, representatives from about 20 universities from Australia, Canada, China, Singapore, USA, UK, and New Zealand will counsel students and their parents about UG and PG programmes they offer in various fields. The first ten students who gain admission during the fair will be offered scholarships of Rs 1 lakh each. Know more about the AAAOE International Education Fair.
