Yes, candidates with 60% aggregate in Class 12 can easily get admission in Patna University provided they fulfil the selection requirements. Such aspirants can apply for any of the UG courses. The KK University BA fee structure includes admission fee, exam fee, tuition fee, etc. The total tuition fee for BA at KK University is  INR 12,000 for three years.
