DU Admissions 2015: Foreign languages taught at colleges
DU admissions 2015: The first cut-off list for admissions at Delhi University (DU) is scheduled to be declared on June 25, 2015 followed by the second cut-off list on June 30, 2015.

Aspirants who want to pursue language courses at DU have an option to either pursue such studies as subsidiary/ancillary subject or a full-time degree programme.
DU officials have also put forth a proposal suggesting that the “course of interpretation” should be made part of the language programme in the final year.
Candidates interested in pursuing non-conventional programmes can apply for the same at the Department of Germanic and Romance Studies wherein they can study three year degree programmes or diploma courses, advanced diploma courses, certificate courses as well as MPhil, PhD and part-time courses. Languages taught here include: French, Italian, German, Spanish and Hispanic.
Aspirants can also pursue language courses at the Department of Slavonic and Finno-Ugrian Studies. Languages taught here include: Russian, Bulgarian, Polish and Serbian.
