United University Allahabad offers a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication. The course is offered at an undergraduate level lasting for three years. The course curriculum is designed to provide students with basic journalistic skills in various mass media and to expose students to recent developments in media issues and media research. Admission to BA in Journalism & Mass Communication is based on the performance in a relevant entrance exam or merit obtained in the last qualifying exam. The eligibility criteria are as follows, Class 12 with 45% aggregate from any stream (40% aggregate in case of candidates belonging to the SC & ST category).
