B.Com	Interested Candidate should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.A.	Interested Student should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent with English as core subject and should have scored minimum 50% in it.

No, students can not get direct admission. The university accepts admission based on the application sent by the candidates followed by an interview, wherein the university evaluates its applicants based on their academic qualifications and other co-curricular activities.
