Candidates who have applied for various UG and PG courses can check their admission results in the form of merit lists online from  the official website of Punjabi University. Given below are steps on how to download the Punjabi University merit lists 2023 for students waiting to check their results.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Punjabi University (pupadmissions.ac.in).

Step 2: Scroll down to the Notices section and click on the merit list of course applied for.

Step 3: On the next page, the meirt list for course applied for will open up in form of PDF.

Punjabi University conducts counselling every year after the release of the merit lists. To confirm their seats, candidates shortlisted as per the Punjabi University merit list 2023 have to attend counselling personally to get admission at the university. After counselling the candidates get provisionally admitted for the particular programme. For admission confirmation, the shortlisted candidates need to submit the admission fees through challan or online mode within the specified period of time.

The two-year MSc The programme offered by Punjabi University in 16 specialisations. Out of all these, admission to three specialisations is offered via an entrance test conducted by the University. For the remaining thirteen specialisations, admission is based on merit scores in the qualifying exam. The basic eligibility criteria is a pass in BA/ BSc With a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in the case of SC/ST & Physically Handicapped students).
