Students who have scored in 12th class examination from any national or state board of education are eligible to apply for SLAT 2023.

Candidates must have gained a minimum of 45% in their exam. Candidates from the SC/ST category can apply if they have a minimum of 40%.

Students who have appeared for their Standard XII final examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to the submission of a passing certificate at the time of the final admission.
