The the highest and average package offered to PGP HRM programme during IIM Indore placements 2023 stood at INR 34.50 LPA and INR 22.65 LPA, respectively. Apart from this, IIM Indore has released a consolidated placement report of PGP and IPM programme for the year 2023. According to the placement report 2023, the the highest, average and median package offered was INR 114 LPA, INR 30.21 LPA and INR 27.20 LPA during IIM Indore placements 2023, respectively.

At the end of fourth year, IPM students can appear for summer placements. IPM students are required to complete a social internship at the end of second year, and a business internship between 4 and 5. Yes, IIM Indore has recorded 100% placements for its PGP and IPM batches passing out in 2024. As per the latest report, the highest and average package offered to PGP and IPM students during IIM Indore placements 2024 stood at INR 100 LPA and INR 25.68 LPA, respectively. Further, over 150 recruiters visited the campus and placed 594 students of the batch 2024. The key highlights of IIM Indore placements 2024 for the PGP and IPM Class of 2024 are tabulated below:

Currently, the FPM students at IIM Indore are provided the fellowship grant/ stipend of INR 30,000 per month during their course work (Term-I, II III, IV and V) and INR 35,000 per month after clearing the area comprehensive examination as per norms. The maximum duration for which they can get stipend would be 57 months (4 years and 9 months).
A contingency grant of INR 25,000 per annum for four years is also provided to FPM students for supporting the research efforts and is subject to the norms of the programme.
IIM Indore had concluded placements for the batch passing out in 2023. The placement statistics for IIM Indore IPM are the same as that of the IIM Indore PGP programme since in last two years of the five-year course, IPM students pursue PGP.
