IIM Lucknow placements process 2023 for PGP Sustainable Management and Agri Business Management witnessed 100 per cent hiring. A record number of offers rolled out to 556 students across Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Sales & Marketing, Operations & Retail E Commerce.
The highest domestic salary offer stood at INR 1 crore per annum, whereas the average CTC stood at INR 32.23 lakh per annum. Median CTC stood at INR 30 lakh per annum, for the IIM Lucknow batch of 2021-23.
The IIM Lucknow highest package (international) offered during 2024 placements of PGP and PGP ABM courses was INR 65 LPA and the highest domestic package stood at INR 1.23 crore per annum. Over the past three years of placements (2022 to 2024), an improving trend was observed in the PGP & PGP ABM highest domestic package.
