Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) summer placements for the 2026-28 batch have been concluded. The summer internship process saw a huge demand for MBA in product management, finance, consulting, marketing, operations and general management. Almost all the participating students were offered the best opportunities from top recruiters. IIMs even witnessed a rise in offered packages as compared to previous years. SIP (Summer Internship Programme) is conducted every year by the IIMs for its first-year students to offer them the chance to explore the business field and use the skills and knowledge gained during the classes. IIM Ahmedabad Summer Placement 2026

IIM Ahmedabad received 100% summer placement for its 2026-28 batch; 410 students were placed. Sectors like tech, consulting, marketing, BFSI and FMCG were hiring and provided 410+ offers to the students. The placement covered 25 cohorts. 155+ companies came for recruiting, with Accenture, Boston Consulting, McKinsey, Mahindra, Amazon, Neo Group, and Kearney being its top recruiters.

IIM Bangalore Summer Placement 2026

IIM Bangalore received 601 offers during summer placement 2026. Students received offers from 137 recruiters of top 137 companies like American Express, Boston Consulting Group, Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture and more. The batch received 100% placement, and consulting was the top recruiting sector. However, the average and highest stipend is not yet disclosed.

IIM Calcutta Summer Placement 2026

IIM Calcutta provided 510 offers to its students, out of which 470 students were placed. The summer placements had 183 recruiters from top companies like Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Adobe, Apple, Flipkart, ITC, Nestlé, Reliance, Samsung, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group and more. The average stipend offered was INR 1.85 lakh per month, while the highest offered stipend was INR 4.5 lakh per month (domestic) and INR 6 lakh per month (international).

IIM Lucknow Summer Placement 2026

IIM Lucknow provided 100% placement to its students. 572 offers were provided, which resulted in 572 students being placed. Many recruiters from top companies like Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Adobe, Amazon, Unilever, KPMG, EY, Kearney and more offered placements to the students. The average offered stipend was INR 1.67 lakh per month, and INR 3.95 lakh per month was the highest stipend offered.

IIM Kozhikode Summer Placement 2026

IIM Kozhikode Summer Placement provided 100% placement to its students. The batch had 562 students, and 147 recruiters from top companies participated in the placement process. The average offered stipend was INR 2.68 lakh, and INR 7 lakh is the highest offered stipend to the students.

IIM Indore Summer Placement 2026

IIM Indore summer placements had 230+ top recruiters that offered 100% placement. The consulting sector was the top recruiter among the top companies. The average stipend offered was INR 2.63 lakh, and INR 7.92 lakh was the highest offered stipend.

IIM Mumbai Summer Placement 2026

IIM Mumbai summer placement had 174 top recruiters, out of which 47 were new recruiters. Almost all students were placed from the batch of 529 students. INR 2.5 Lakh was the average stipend offered, and INR 5 lakh was the highest offered stipend.
