Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, invites application for PGDM 2017-2019

The Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad, is inviting applications for admission to its Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme for 2017-2019.

The two-year programme offers MBA aspirants a wide exposure to public enterprises, banking, insurance, international business, Infrastructure management, supply chain management, financial modelling, business analytics and other fields of management.

The Institute offers the following PGDM programmes:

• Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
• PGDM - Retail Marketing
• PGDM - Banking Insurance and Financial Services
• PGDM - International Business
• PGDM - Human Resource Management

Application process for 2017-2019 batch is currently underway, the candidates who wish to apply can login to the official website and fill up the application form.

Here’s an overview:

Eligibility:

Candidates must have appeared in CAT 2016/XAT 2017/MAT 2016-2017/ATMA 2016-2017/CMAT 2017/GMAT.

The candidate must have completed Graduation with at least 50% marks in any subject

Admission Process:

IPE, Hyderabad conducts admission in two phases. In the first phase the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their score in competitive exams. In the second phase, GD/PI rounds are conducted at major cities across India. The candidates who are selected in the GD/PI rounds are offered admission to various PGDM courses.

Application Process:

Candidates can fill the application form online by registering themselves on the website.

• To register, the candidates will be required to enter their email ID and phone number.
• A registration link will be sent to the candidate for verification.
• Once verified, the candidate can access the application form.

The payment of application fees is to be done through net banking. The candidates will be required to net transfer Rs. 500 to SBH Ac no: 52198267621; IFSC Code: SBHY0020071. They will also be required to mention the details of UTR/ref transaction ID in the payment details of online form.

Online applicants will receive hard copy of Prospectus along with acknowledgement in five working days.

Candidates who wish to apply offline, can purchase prospectus cum application from the two IPE offices in Hyderabad by paying Rs 500 or can mail to admissions@ipeindia.org for a copy of application form.

To submit the application form, filled offline, the candidate will have to send the filled in form along with a DD of Rs 500/- drawn in favour of ’Institute of Public Enterprise’ payable at Hyderabad to:

The GD/PI rounds will be held in February and March 2017 at major cities across India. The candidates will be informed in advance the date, time and venue of GD/PI.

Course Fee:

The fee for the two-years is Rs 8 lakh (for all PGDM courses) that covers tuition fee, reading material, computer lab, library facilities and a laptop. In addition a one-time caution deposit of Rs 10 thousand is payable which is refundable after completion of the course and post adjustment of dues if any.

Hostel Fee:  

Rs 95 thousand (Double occupancy) and Rs 1.35 lakh (Single occupancy) per year, which includes room, mess charges, etc. In addition a one-time caution deposit of Rs 5 thousand is payable which is refundable after completion of the course and post adjustment of dues if any.
