Idea is not bad.But,practical thing is that students fascinates towards B-schools due to high SALARY aftr course. And they also like to live in metro cities rather than villages... So,it is difficult task to change thr mind frm SALARY & METRO CITY ...to....POOR SALARY(principal) & VILLAGES -Santosh

The people who works at villages are always Underemplyed and a job of choice is 100 times tougher than seeking out a similar job in a persons own rural residential area. THANKING YOU ALL FOR CHALKING OUT SUCH A POWERFUL POINT.
