Mystory@Arjun Kumar Yadav: How I made my career – Challenges and successes
My basic education was at my native village school till Class 10th. While choosing a Management college I had researched about the university, colleges that are affiliated to it, and the fee structure of the course. Then I took a look on infrastructure and the most important factor - faculty and their experience.
Yes, I have taken the right career option but after completion of my course I made one mistake of leaving my first job after two months. The learning was that one should never leave the first job and continue with it for at least three years.
Over the course of five years of my career, I have developed a skill set directly relevant to my job including analytical, research, persuasion, sales pitch and problem-solving skills. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated organizational, teamwork and interpersonal abilities in every aspect.
The courage of taking responsibilities in any situation and attitude of looking forward by learning from the past worked in my direction.
Choose a career which is your passion and that you love to do forever.
