Why carrying MAT 2018 September Admit Card to the test centre is important

MAT is one of most convenient exams for all MBA aspirants as it conducted both online and offline. MAT 2018 September exams will be held on separate days for computer-based test and paper-based test, and admit cards will also be issued on separate days for both the exams. 

Candidates appearing for MAT 2018 September Paper-based test (PBT) which is scheduled to be conducted on September 2 can download their admit cards from August 25, 2018, 4pm onwards. Candidates appearing for MAT 2018 September Computer-based test (CBT) which will take place on September 8, can download their admit cards from September 11, 4 pm onwards. The admit card will be made available online by the authorities and test-takers can download the same from the official website of MAT. Candidates can download the admit card by following the below mentioned steps: 

  •  Visit the official website of AIMA
  • Click on MAT 2018 September admit card tab
  • Candidate will be redirected to a page where he/she needs to fill in login credentials
  • Enter application number, date of birth and email ID
  • The admit card will appear on screen
  • Take a printout of the admit card

Once the admit card is received by the candidate, s/he must check for the following details: 

  • Candidate’s name
  • Date of Birth
  • Registration number
  • Exam date
  • Exam venue
  • Exam time
  • Contact details of the candidate
  • Exam related instructions

In case there is any discrepancy in the above details, the same must be reported immediately to the authorities. Candidates who are unable to download the admit card must request for duplicate admit card by contacting the exam authorities. 

Along with the admit card, any of the following identify proof (s) must be carried to the exam venue: 

  • PAN card
  • Aadhar card
  • Passport
  • Voter card

Candidates appearing for PBT or CBT must note that the admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Any candidate found without the admit card will be refrained from appearing in the exam. 

It must be noted that the admit card will be allotted only to those candidates who register successfully for the exam. Keeping this in mind, candidates must fill the MAT 2018 September application form carefully.
