XAT 2017: Previous years' sample questions for practice
XAT 2017 is about three months away and all you aspiring candidates have already accelerated the pace of your preparation. Reading General Knowledge topics, learning new techniques to tackle mathematical problems and brushing up English language skills βthese three areas and many more topics are a part of your daily routine.
As XAT 2017 gets closer, the focus area for you is going to be mock tests. As per experts and previous yearsβ toppers, from the penultimate month your time and energy should be spent in attempting mock tests and solving sample questions.
Attempting mock tests is very crucial as it prepares the candidate for the actual test environment, gauge the difficulty level, gain speed in solving questions and improve timing. Remember, having knowledge is not enough, how well you use it makes the real difference.
Here we give you a sneak peek into the actual XAT question paper, to familiarize you with the quality of the questions asked in the exam.
XAT question paper is split into two parts, Part I and Part II. Part I is main question paper and Part II is General Knowledge. Part I has three sections A, B and C with 28, 24 and 31 questions respectively, i.e. a total of 83 questions. The three sections of Part I are followed by Part II that has twenty questions on General Knowledge. In total there are 103 questions to be solved in 150 minutes.
