- MAT: Management Aptitude Test or MAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admissions to MBA/PGDM courses at 800+ B-schools in India. The exam is conducted in multiple sessions in four phases – February, May, September and December. The MAT question paper carries 200 questions from English, Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. MAT exam is conducted in offline (Paper Based Test or PBT), online (Computer Based Test or CBT) and remote proctored (Internet Based Test or IBT) modes. MAT fees, exam pattern and syllabus for all three modes are same but admit card download and exam dates are different. Candidates can take multiple attempts in any mode of their choice.
