RICS School of Built Environment - Best MBA college in Northern India.

Placements: The placement of RICS was really good. The students are placed in the global market at highly reputed positions. The highest CTC is about 12lpa and the average is about 7.4 LPA. 100% of the students are placed in RICS. The top recruiting companies are-Space Matrix, Vedas, HDFC, Godrej, etc. The roles are project leader, Project Planner, Engineering Director etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities was very awesome, the amity infrastructure was very impressive and we have Wi-Fi campus, grounds, sports, AC classrooms, library, etc. The hostel is very good as we have all types of rooms, attached washrooms, Geysers, Cooler and AC rooms. The food of the mess was good, we have a variety of food and the quality is also great. 24*7 medical Facility is available in the Campus.

Faculty: The course was very engaging, teachers are experts from there fields, knowledgeable, qualified and helpful in nature. The teaches in a very easy manner. Online Projects, presentation were given, Online study material is provided by them always. ' yes, 100% this course makes us industry ready and we will do great.

Other: Well, I am a B.Tech graduate in civil and due to my keen interest in construction management, I have chosen this course. I have gained a lot of knowledge from this course so that's, why I have, would recommend doing this course. The campus is fully crowded, Fest, Events are always happening in the campus, lot of celebrities come here to promote their movies. The environment of the campus are very energetic always.

Good Exposure one of the best college for construction management courxe.

Placements: 1. Almost 90% of the eligible students were placed in my batch in very good companies 2. Top recruiters are JLL, Cbre, spcl, tata Project 3. The highest package was 18 lacs for overseas placement and the lowest was 3 lacs in domestic companies the highest package for domestic package was 8 lacs And then the package depends on the experience as well for fresher companies came with 5 lac package also.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped even faculty members are from built environments with good expose to industry. After joining rics you will be exposed to various software which will help you in construction industry. Now rics is accredited with PMI which is adding a great value to it.

Faculty: Faculty is very nice with lot of industry experience. Every time I was in trouble they tried to help me out. Such courses make student industry ready because you get every exposure which is needed for the industry. The course is designed in such a way it gives you detailed learning about every aspect of construction.

It's a college with good learning and practice, but bad placements due to the construction industry.

Placements: Almost 60% of students are placed, but due to the market conditions, the payments receiving are lower than the average market pays. Students who are placed are either in other industry or accept for less salary at high qualifications. They are dissatisfied with what they secured, but they adjusted as the industry is encouraging only experienced people from educational institutions, which is quite difficult.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is of a very high standard, but the process of teaching is usual and bit stressful for average students to manage the group members regarding the project of 11 subjects per semester. They provide the best practice of software teaching, which is more related to industrial practice.

Faculty: The course curriculum is good to an extent, but there are repeated topics in a few subjects. Projects that are to be submitted will give you a lot of stress, and they need to be managed. It is like real-time last-minute modifications, which is required from the client.

Placements: The college assures almost 90% placements, and you can boost your career in the construction industry by joining here. Career opportunities are equally open in every company in the construction management field. Even there are equal opportunities for project managers in the built environment.

Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games, etc., are provided by the college. Every classroom is equipped with speakers, projectors, and presentation facilities. Amity has a wide variety of canteens all around and also different varieties of food.

Faculty: Faculty members in RICS SBE are very experienced and very well conversed in what they teach. Feedback on any faculty is very strongly considered, and corrective actions are always entertained. Every faculty has at least 10 years of industrial experience. Most of the faculty members have decades of teaching experience.

Other: Events, fests, and extracurricular activities are always conducted by the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very much appropriate for a healthy learning environment. Infrastructure is stable and sustainable. Proper facilities are provided here, and proper parking place is also provided. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and a syndicate room is provided for students.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are experienced. The course curriculum includes both industry knowledge and academic knowledge.
