RICS School of Built Environment - Best MBA college in Northern India.
Placements: The placement of RICS was really good. The students are placed in the global market at highly reputed positions. The highest CTC is about 12lpa and the average is about 7.4 LPA. 100% of the students are placed in RICS. The top recruiting companies are-Space Matrix, Vedas, HDFC, Godrej, etc. The roles are project leader, Project Planner, Engineering Director etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities was very awesome, the amity infrastructure was very impressive and we have Wi-Fi campus, grounds, sports, AC classrooms, library, etc. The hostel is very good as we have all types of rooms, attached washrooms, Geysers, Cooler and AC rooms. The food of the mess was good, we have a variety of food and the quality is also great.
24*7 medical Facility is available in the Campus.
Faculty: The course was very engaging, teachers are experts from there fields, knowledgeable, qualified and helpful in nature. The teaches in a very easy manner. Online Projects, presentation were given, Online study material is provided by them always. '

Other: Well, I am a B.Tech graduate in civil and due to my keen interest in construction management, I have chosen this course. I have gained a lot of knowledge from this course so that's, why I have, would recommend doing this course. The campus is fully crowded, Fest, Events are always happening in the campus, lot of celebrities come here to promote their movies. The environment of the campus are very energetic always.

Good Exposure one of the best college for construction management courxe.
Placements: 1. Almost 90% of the eligible students were placed in my batch in very good companies
2. Top recruiters are JLL, Cbre, spcl, tata Project
3. The highest package was 18 lacs for overseas placement and the lowest was 3 lacs in domestic companies
the highest package for domestic package was 8 lacs
And then the package depends on the experience as well for fresher companies came with 5 lac package also.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped even faculty members are from built environments with good expose to industry. After joining rics you will be exposed to various software which will help you in construction industry. Now rics is accredited with PMI which is adding a great value to it.
Faculty: Faculty is very nice with lot of industry experience. Every time I was in trouble they tried to help me out. Such courses make student industry ready because you get every exposure which is needed for the industry. The course is designed in such a way it gives you detailed learning about every aspect of construction.

It's a college with good learning and practice, but bad placements due to the construction industry.
Placements: Almost 60% of students are placed, but due to the market conditions, the payments receiving are lower than the average market pays. Students who are placed are either in other industry or accept for less salary at high qualifications. They are dissatisfied with what they secured, but they adjusted as the industry is encouraging only experienced people from educational institutions, which is quite difficult.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is of a very high standard, but the process of teaching is usual and bit stressful for average students to manage the group members regarding the project of 11 subjects per semester. They provide the best practice of software teaching, which is more related to industrial practice.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good to an extent, but there are repeated topics in a few subjects. Projects that are to be submitted will give you a lot of stress, and they need to be managed. It is like real-time last-minute modifications, which is required from the client.

Placements: The college assures almost 90% placements, and you can boost your career in the construction industry by joining here. Career opportunities are equally open in every company in the construction management field. Even there are equal opportunities for project managers in the built environment.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games, etc., are provided by the college. Every classroom is equipped with speakers, projectors, and presentation facilities. Amity has a wide variety of canteens all around and also different varieties of food.
Faculty: Faculty members in RICS SBE are very experienced and very well conversed in what they teach. Feedback on any faculty is very strongly considered, and corrective actions are always entertained. Every faculty has at least 10 years of industrial experience. Good faculty members, and placements in the college are average.
Placements: As per the market condition, placements in the college are pretty good. Placements depend on the performance of students. The average salary package offered was around 7 LPA to 10 LPA for the students of construction project management course. Placements in the college were good last year, and around 90% of the students got placed. The placements rate was 100% in past years.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very much appropriate for a healthy learning environment. Infrastructure is stable and sustainable. Proper facilities are provided here, and proper parking place is also provided. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and a syndicate room is provided for students.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are experienced. The course curriculum includes both industry knowledge and academic knowledge. Faculty members are very humble, and they always push students to do better. Guest lectures are also provided. Well-reputed companies conduct leadership lectures, techno talks, etc.

RICS, SBE is India's number 1 college for specialised MBA.
Placements: The placement record of our college achieved in the last year was not that much good due to demonitization and RERA act. Before that, the highest package offered was 23 LPA, the average package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 3.25 LPA. All the companies related to the construction industry, real estate, financial services, facility management, PMCs, banking, and many others visited the campus to offer placements. Our institute has tie-ups with more than 500 companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our institute is marvellous. All the facilities are provided for students and teachers with the highest comfort. Wi-Fi and computer labs are available. Smart classrooms with laptops and projectors are provided. The library has all the books that a student needs, and the internet connectivity is also available for the students to search for books. Sports like football, swimming, cricket, table tennis, badminton, tennis, horse riding, shooting, and many others are available for both students and faculty. Each block has its designated canteen in the basement. A food court is present in the H-block, where Dominos, Pizza Hut, CCD and Archies are available.
Faculty: All the faculty members are highly qualified, and members of RICS or fellows of RICS call themselves as MRICS or FRICS respectively. They have industry experience of minimum 5 to 40 years. Faculty members from NTPC, L&T, SPCL, TATA and the institutes like IIT Delhi, Madras, SPA etc., are teaching in our campus.
Other: The college organises events like cultural fest and promotional events for Bollywood actress/actors. Seminars related to the syllabus are organised by visiting faculty and industry experts.

MBA CPM in amity university Noida.
Placements: Not worth it. If you have 6 CGPA then only you can do anything. But if it is less you won't even get a degree you'll get a Diploma which is even worse. Else there is good placement but it is not worth your money for sure. You can opt for nicmar instead of RICS amity university Noida.
Infrastructure: Brilliant infrastructure is there in amity university Noida
All facilities in classrooms like projector and Wi-Fi etc. are available. Playground is too big and it has all kind of sports but it is too crowded. Security is good as well. Elsewise the classrooms are neat and tidy.
Faculty: Highly qualified faculty is available in the university most of them actually are very good. But some of them are freshers they don't even know how to teach, they have knowledge though but are unable to teach student meaning the low performers in class.
Other: All kind of activities sports and cultural.

When education is considered, it is the best, but we are not able to make up for the placements.
Placements: The placements in the college for this batch and year are not up to the mark. Only 78 students got placed from 277 eligible students. The participation of international companies is poor. Most of the companies appearing for placements are for sales and marketing portfolio.
Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure facility. It is a great campus when it comes to infrastructure as it has the facilities belonging to all categories. Every room in the university has centralised air-conditioning. The campus will not fail to impress students.
Faculty: The faculty members in Amity University have a lot of experience in the field and have great knowledge diversified in all the fields. The course curriculum for each semester consists of eight to nine subjects, which are overloaded with assignments and presentations.
Other: The college conducts many fests and a lot of extracurricular activities happening in the college.
